Then we freeze-dried it into this convenient travel jar that packs 20 full strength cups with sweet notes of rich chocolate, panela and tropical fruits.

Brewing instructions:
Mix 1 level teaspoon (2g) of instant specialty coffee with 200ml of freshly boiled water and stir.
This is 100% coffee in the form of soluble powder. Freeze drying works by freezing the material and then reducing the surrounding pressure to allow the frozen water in the material to sublimate directly from the solid phase to the gas phase. It locks in the flavour, body, sweetness and aroma for years to come. Instant coffee has has a long shelf life (up to 2 years), is made in seconds just by adding boiling water and leaves no mess behind.
