Cold brew coffee is known for being smooth and sweet compared to hot brewed coffee. Cold water extraction results in almost 60% less acidity than traditional hot brew methods and low bitterness in the final cup. You can store the cold brew concentrate in fridge and make iced coffee, hot coffee or mixed drinks. Built with a heatproof Hario glass carafe and a BPA-Free plastic filter and lid, it doesn’t get much simpler that this.

How to brew: 

  1. Add approximately 80 grams of ground coffee to 1100ml of water
  2. Steep the grounds in the internal permanent filter for 8-12 hours
  3. Combine cold brew with water and enjoy over ice - with milk or black.  
  4. Cold brew concentrate keeps for up to two weeks in the fridge.
